We spent and afternoon sampling and shooting The Collective Palm Beach's new cocktail menu. We've been working with these guys for a while now and we've noticed they don't do things in halves. Mikey the Bar manager and his monkeys have outdone themselves with possibly the coolest range of cocktails i've personally experienced.
